October 2010

We already have started with a busy fall.  We had a GREAT fishing booth at the Hollis Old Home Days.  Many thanks to Jerry and Pat for all the “set up” work they did.  And a special thanks to Dot and Loretta and Preston and others for their participation as “fishing guides.”  Check out additional pictures at our web site and the local papers.  And for you movie lovers, we will be showing “Old Dogs” with John Travolta and Robin Williams on 7 Oct, right after our lunch.  Our fall schedule is going to be full, so come and enjoy.

Now MARK your calendars for 17 December, as that is when we will be having our Christmas/Winter party, to be held at the Crown Plaza in Nashua.  More information to follow.

Activities for the month of October:

7 Oct: MOW + Blood Pressure AND movie time, showing “Old Dogs.”

14 Oct:  MOW + TBA

21 Oct:  MOW + Flu Shots + TBA

27 Oct:  MOW + Monthly meeting

2.      Mark your calendars-17 Dec at the Crown Plaza. More to follow.

3.      How about a trip to the NH State House to see and hear our State Reps at work?

4.      How about some more “show and tells”?

5.      How about having a TV weather person come and speak to us?
